About Us
The Mountainside Historic Preservation Committee

The Mountainside Historic Preservation Committee was established in 1984 to
preserve the historical sites in Mountainside, New Jersey.

Its members believe history is part of culture and it should be kept alive so
future generations can learn about the history of the town they live in.  The
society has dedicated itself to preserving the Hetfield House and other historic
sites in Mountainside.
