VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR FILMING

In the Fall of 2005, Mountainside was treated to the first segment of ‘Welcome
to the Hetfield House’, a video tour of the historic Deacon Andrew Hetfield
House which appeared on TV35. Hosted by Committee member, Donald Jeka,
the video featured an interview with the MHPC Chairman, Scott
Daniels, and offered outside and inside views of the Hetfield House. DVD
copies of this first segment of ‘Welcome to the Hetfield House’ are available
through TV35 at Mountainside
Borough Hall for $25 each or one may be viewed/borrowed from the
Mountainside Library.

The Mountainside Historic Preservation Committee would like to continue this
series with additional segments of ‘Welcome to the Hetfield House’, but lacks
the expertise to produce them. Volunteers are sought to help with this in the
future. If you are an experienced videographer and would like to help with the
production of ‘Welcome to the Hetfield House’, please contact Cindy West at
(908)338-3349.
